Got an UberEATS order at 6:48pm. When I got there I was told it would only take about 10 minutes over 40 minutes of waiting and... being told it would be done soon they just started the order at 7:30pm. Only 3 people were making food and 1 was at the drivethru the rest of the workers were just standing around. Great place to get food if you like waiting almost a hour. Read more
This taco bell was awesome. The workers were so friendly and nice. They seemed to be short staffed and were handling the volume... well. Food was good. We are from out of town and our local taco bell is not up to his level. When we travel again we will besure to visit this location. Big plus, they had an awesome Halloween display! Read more
I've only been here once, that was enough. I called in an order, drove out to get it, and went to work. They gave me someone... else's food. Drove back out to get the correct order. By the time I was able to eat my food, it all tasted like hamburgers,because they used the same grill to cook my eggs and hash browns. Read more
This and the other Manchester Taco Bell drive thru are the slowest I've ever been through. With only a couple people driving up... to the restaurant, and only a few people ahead of me in the drive thru, how can it logically take 40+ minutes to get my order?It took 10 minutes to get to the speaker and I was told it would be a 15-20 minute wait for the order I put in on the app. Itdidn't give me a choice to go inside to pick it up, only drive thru. I should have just gone inside, but honestly I was worriedif I got out of the drive thru line that wasn't moving that I would try to go inside, the lobby would be closed becausesometimes it is and I wasn't paying attention to whether or not those people driving up were going inside and staying inside orwhat. This place is so frustrating. It needs to just close down already, if you can't provide decent service, close down oneplace and consolidate staff at the other. Read more
Haven't had any location of Taco Bell make anything right for so long, i will no longer gamble on them even when I'm desperate.... Ack. I expect very very little from them, and they always go below and beyond. Impressive in a disgusting way. Yikes Read more
This is by far the worst taco bell location I have ever been to. They're always out of everything. I ordered a chicken burrito... that had 2 pieces I'd chicken with the rest filled with cheese and tomato. My deluxe taco had almost no meat, they forgot thelettuce, and it wad absolutely loaded with cheese. Terrible. Inedible. Read more
Staff seemed friendly that is all I can give that's worth a single star. Waited over 1 hour in the drive thru line to pick up a... mobile order I placed 15 minutes before arrival. Finally got my food and went home just to find a piece of blue rubber glovemixed in with the lettuce in my taco. Super disappointed, wanted to leave feedback but the receipt was missing all info linkingit back to this location and lacked the code to leave feedback as advertised all over the back of the receipt.
