If zero stars was an option I?d give zero. My how this place has changed. I ordered a Caesar salad with chicken and steak and... was charged 27 dollars for it. When I called to find out why it was so much and asked for a manager, I was told ?it?s lunch sowe?re busy we?ll call you back? and was hung up on. When I was called back I was informed the cost was so much because they Igot extra steak and extra chicken so that?s the price. When I said I didn?t ask for extra chicken and steak and I?d like tospeak to the manager I was told ?I am the manager and that?s what you ordered so that?s what it is? needless to say my familyand I will not be going here ever again. Apparently ownership doesn?t care about the customers they?ve had order from them for 7years. I will be taking my business somewhere else where I can get a salad for less than $27. Read more
Foods good but customer service sucks. You guys could do great things without the waitress with the glasses. Went in to pick up... my salad and was greeted with ?hi how?re you?, I replied hi, I?m here to pick an order up for brittanie. The passive aggressivewaitress then repeated herself and again said ?hi how?re you? apparently she was upset that I didn?t tell her how I was doingthe first time. I?m an rn who has a 15 minute lunch break on a good day, I?m sorry my day can?t always consist of conversations?this is my second unpleasant interaction with her and unfortunately she?s the only waitress who seems to work there. Been going here regularly for a while. Always great food! Pizza, subs, sides. Never a disappointment ???? ready in a timely... manner and great customer service! Our go to spot when we want garunteed great food quickly with no hassles. Thank you! Read more
The food is normally good but I got a chicken tender salad today that was horrible and the chicken I got was not what not... tenders and was overcooked. The lettuce was old. Yesterday I got a cheeseburger sub that was undercooked. Not sure what is goingon there. I hope things get better I liked their food. Read more
Their salads are good IF you order them online. But try ordering one at the register...good luck. Online you can take off items... or add them on. The cashier taking our order just didn't seem to explain things well at all. Not great attitude or customerservice. She seemed to not want to list ingredients or explain anything. The large cheese pizza is very economical and quite the treat. I've ordered other stuff like the chicken fingers, fries and the... breaded mushrooms. They were pretty good. Would recommend for an occasional treat or take out for friends. Read more
