I ordered a steak & cheese xtra pickles. The lady on the phone told me it would be 45 mins to an hour. I called right back to... try to change my order and they said no it was already on the grill. Ok I understood that no problem. I get my delivery and Nopickles on the sub. I called back to let them know. Was put on hold, came back and said boss said they can deliver me a side ofpickles but they can not remake my sub for .35 cents worth of pickles? lol- I never asked for a remake! I stated They could comepick up there sub and I would like my money refunded. Hold? My boss will remake it but MAKE SURE you give the old sub back. Atthis point they pressured me into just saying yes to whatever they said cause they were hostile. I called back after I justagreed to take the remake. I told them to forget about it that I will keep the original cause I don?t want my food to betampered with cause they are obviously upset about the .35 cent pickle mistake they made. I just wanted what I ordered and paidfor. Got the new sub and threw it in the trash. Exactly where the customer service of the call takers boss learned his customerservice skills from. Some of the best local pizza around. They use top-notch ingredients to craft unique pizza combos that are always delicious. The pizza and salads are the best around. Me and my co workers order there a lot and agree its the best lunch spot. Its a plus... that the owners sister at the front remembers my name so its always nice to pick up and say hey!
