2 weeks ago my girlfriend and I stopped off at the Wendy's on 2nd Street in Manchester just to find out they decided to close an... hour early but nobody bothered to tell anyone that was sitting in line in the Drive-Thru. After about 17 minutes I decided thatthe service was not just as slow as it normally is but that something else must have been going on entirely so I took it uponmyself out of my vehicle and knock on the drive-through door being that they were not answering their phone even though therewere people working inside. Finally I yelled at the person I saw in the window while I was knocking on their window and said Iwas going to call the cops to check on them if they didn't respond. At that point after almost 38 minutes of waiting I was toldthat they were closed early that night without an explanation. Read more
I had never tried Wendy's for breakfast until this morning when we were in a rush to get on the road. We stopped in and the... croissant maple chicken sandwich looked good so I thought I'd try it. The staff was very friendly, and we had to wait a fewminutes for our order, but it was well worth the wait! It was fresh, hot, and delicious. Well done, Wendy's! Read more

DO NOT COME HERE. Mangers are very rude and do not care about the job I spent $70 on food get to my house and half of the food... is missing after asking and confirming before I left that everything was in there. I call the store and got complete nastyattitude.. telling me that all the food was in there when obviously it wasn?t or I wouldn?t be calling. Then I?m told that Ican?t come back till the next day to get my dinner because the manger doesn?t want to see me and I need to wait for a generalmanger.. employee never game there name and then hangs up. Great location? and their dine-in is actually open. Good customer service. The manager (can?t remember her name) is always... pleasant and greeting customers. Food is always fresh and fast. Ive seen some reviewers complaining the drive thru line is toolong. I?ve got a hot tip for you: go inside and get it to go. It?s wayyyyy faster. Why the hell would you sit in a long drivethru line when hardly anyone is inside? Anyways?.. good experience at this location. They?ve got the ketchup pumps back inaction too so you don?t have to deal with that bullsh*t where you ask for ketchup and they give you 3 packets. What the hell ami supposed to do with 3 packs of ketchup? That?ll only handle about 10 fries and I still have 10 nuggets to eat too ???? Read more
I love the chili. I always ask for extra shredded cheese..which they instantly CHARGE you for but fail to do. Sometimes you... get a spoon, sometimes not and crackers are hit or miss also. Considering the pay that is advertised on the sign..they may wantto take more pride in their work. I am a healthcare provider and get paid less. I always remember to do my job. Read more
Honestly, I don?t know why I keep trying this location. There is a consistent 20 minute wait for cold to lukewarm food... regardless if there being 1 car in front of or 10 cars in front of you. This, assuming they even decide to take your orderinstead of leaving you hanging at the box and pretend no one is there while you?re inside screwing around with your co-workers. Read more
