Sometimes in the mornings the drive thru can be backed up and there is a long wait. Orders are always right and correct.

It was awful! First off, the bacon, egg and cheese bagels have been discontinued. What heathen decided THAT?! So I got a pepper... bacon, cheddar, egg croissant. It was B A D! The croissant, I swear, was stale, then they toasted it too much, and it wasblackened around the edges and flaking off everywhere. Croissants are delicate! There was zero taste at all. Seriously, not eventhe pre-cooked bacon had taste. Was it truly bacon? I will never know. The sandwich was smashed almost flat, too. What wouldreally liven this sandwich up would be honey mustard. Somebody in charge needs to see this. I went through the drive-thru;otherwise, I would've taken it up to the counter for a new one. The drive-thru people were nice enough. No complaints there. I always love their drinks, but sometimes there glazed donuts are a miss. They are understaffed so i don't mind as much but... overall this is a really good place to get coffee. The prices are affordable and you get what you pay for. Read more

Worst dunkin I have ever been to. The coffee is never consistent. The food always taste horrible, either burnt to a crisp or... hardly cooked. They don't put the right amount of flavor in the coffee. They do half pumps, instead of a full pump. The donutsare always stale. When you look in through the drive thru window you can see how dirty the place is. The amount of money myboyfriend and I spend here a week, we expect to have at least a decent coffee. Read more

This location is one of my favorites and we're here often! My husband and I have pretty complicated drink orders. Mine changes... from hot to cold depending on my mood and the staff always comes through with making us great drinks! We actually pass 2 otherDunkins to come to this one because it's the ONLY location where we're not made to feel like our drinks are a bother or asked"is that it?" after each breath we take! There is nothing worse than feeling like you're being rushed or feeling like you'reinconveniencing someone you're buying a product from. I give the staff here so much credit, I know there had been days whenthere was just one woman working. I highly recommend this location! Read more

Most of the time my order is not correct and coffee is undrinkable. I have to drive back and get them to remake it. I wouldn't... go to this dunkin but it's the closest one around besides heading out to West York...they seem like they always have new staffwhich isn't too good either. I feel like the staff is just untrained and doesn't know how to correctly make these beverages forthe public. Edit** 5/22/21 Don't ever order bagels here, anytime I order them their always burnt. Not that complicated to turnthe burner down a bit. Read more

I used to love this DD. It's close to home and they know how to make their drinks well. The last 3 times I have been, they've... been out of donuts. I order on the mobile app, so I pre-pay in advance. The last time I went, I was told there weren't anydonuts left. The young man at the window said there was nothing he could do about it and stood there. I explained I ordered onthe app and he said that since they were about to close, they couldn't give me anything to replace what I ordered. Asking for arefund seemed to be a big deal for them, so I just said don't worry about it and left. Very disappointed and will have to findanother coffee spot asap. ???? Read more

Scored extra bacon on my sandwich this morning, didn't even charge for it. Of course the piece of bacon was so thin you could... see the egg under it ? Come on Dunkin, you can do better, stop thinking profits over quality. Read more
