Ordered 2 Chicken bacon ranch salads for pickup. When I got home my husband's had cesar dressing and no extra bacon. Mine also... had no extra bacon or pepperoni. I called and told them what was wrong and had to make second trip to pick up the missing items.Tonight we ordered the same salads for delivery and they were both missing the parm cheese and no extra bacon. Called and had torun out to get the missing items again. No apologies either time. Effing ridiculous and won't be ordering from there again. Read more
Ordered a protein bowl. There was barley any lettuce and spinach in there. Only 3 tomato?s. Asked for sweet peppers and received... banana peppers. Dumped my chicken and cheese at the bottom and put all the veggies on top. Was the smallest protein bowl I everreceived. Read more
All employees were sitting down eating when a rush came in.. of course they all got up to help but as soon as the rush ended... they were all on the phones sitting in a booth together eating food? my fiancé used to work for subway and no subway did sheever work at were 2 or more employees take breaks at the same time let alone during a pandemic let?s just all 4 hop in the samebooth together Read more
Called my order in at 5:00 pm was told would be ready in 15 minutes. Got there and was not ready. Did not get my food till 6:15... pm. Then got home and found they did not give me dressing for my 2 sweet onion teriyaki protein bowls. Couldn't eat it anywaybecause no dressing. Was too bland without dressing. Read more
Quick service and friendly staff, always clean. Even if the line is all the way to the door (which it is many times around... lunch) they do a great job and really keep things moving. One of the best Subway's I have been to. Read more
