THANKSGIVING FEAST IS SMALLER It's not worth the money. If you don't get the full amount. I have ordered Thanksgiving and... Christmas feast dinners that serves 8-10. For a couple of years now.. The sides like the dressing, Mac and cheese mash potatoescame in a 13x9x2 foil pan. Now all the sides come in  2= 5x9x2  foil pans and that measurement was generous with hard taperedsides on them. So I'm missing 3x9x2 worth of sides on all my sides. That a pretty good amount of food missing now.  For the149.00 prices tag before tax and tip almost 200 it looks pretty sick looking compared to previous dinners. Oh i got my text mypick up is ready got there and they had no clue I was coming at a set time that we agreed on when I placed order. Extremely negative experience. Almost had to walk out. It took them 30 minutes to seat us when they were not busy and seating... people who got there after us. Then, we were waiting another 30 minutes until they took our order and an additional 20 minutesuntil we got 3 of our 4 drinks. After waiting for another 20 minutes (seeing people who were served food and finishing theirfood even though they were seated after us), we had to flag down a different waitress, asking her to check our food. The staffmanager came out and was extremely sweet and understanding. She sat us at a different table (there was 5 us squeezed into atable too small, even though there were a lot of open, clean big tables), told us the computer lost our order, and said we wouldget our meal. The food was brought out finally but she said the GM told her she overstep her boundaries and could only take $1offer our meals. The staff manager and our new waitress were terrific but almost everyone else in the restaurant were abnormallyslow, unaware, and did not care. We had other customers apologizing to us. The GM also not letting us have a free meal wassurprising too despite it being offered already and our horrible experience. The management here is the worst I've seen at anyCracker Barrel. I'm usually very understanding because I understand chaos and things not working, but this was extremely bad. Itwasn't even busy. Never coming again. I must say that my experience that day was quite excellent. The staff was working short-handed and yet still did everything they... could to make us have a pleasant experience. And most of the time that I go it's not so bad they have moments like anybody elsebut overall I think they're pretty cool. I must say I am tickled that I live near the Cracker Barrel and I live near one thatthey are trying so I would recommend this one if you're stopping by it's right by the interstate and very convenient and you'renear a gas station or two so it's not a bad area really. The waitress was wonderful and And eager to serve us because of the waitress the hostess we would try to give this place a... second chance. We asked for extra pieces of chicken of course we were willing to pay but were told we had to purchase an entireplate in order to get 2 extra pieces of chicken. They were not flexible at all. They did not have staff to clean the tables sowe had to wait for a table of 225 minutes with an semi empty restaurant. Read more

The server was Faith and she did excellent. She was very nice and checked on us often. The food was good, I had Chicken and... Dumplings and he had Country Fried Steak. The only thing I would ding is the Dumplings were not rolled out evenly. Some weregreat and some were too thick. Read more

They was very busy today so getting our waiter to come take our order took a little long than usual . We finally got to... order & it took what seemed like at least 45min. But being as busy as they was , it was understandable. We finally got ourfood & it was fantastic 100% satisfied ! We decided to treat ourselves to a Cracker Barrel breakfast this morning. We arrived around 9:00 am. We both ordered Old... Timer's breakfast. They no longer include grits, but for an up charge we could get them. When the order arrived, we werelooking forward to the gravy and biscuits, for which CB is known for. It was the worse sausage gravy either of us had EVERtried to eat! It was thin, no seasoning, no taste, and couldn't be sure if the tiny specks were sausage. We left them on theplate! Was really good, service was amazing.. but hubby's plate had egg shells in his eggs ,like big and small shells.. so he couldn't... eat all his eggs due to the time peices of shells :( Read more
