Being newer to Tennessee we are trying out new restaurants to find our new local favorites. This place gets a 10 from me. ... The food was great and the price point was phenomenal! I ordered the sirloin $18 that came with two enormous sides. My girlfriend ordered steak tips with pineapple and rice (again two additional sides) $13. The flavor was amazing on both. We willdefinitely be back! The servers were amazing came to check on us several times including the manager once. Drinks never randry and when we asked for anything we didn't have to wait a long time for it to show up at our table. This was surprising tome since this was a Friday night between 6-7 pm. We had a wait to be seated of about 15 minutes even we arrived, when we leftit appeared to be slightly longer. For the service and food the wait was worth it! Their burgers and waffle fries are off the chain, another words AMAZING. Especially for the price. You will pay the same price... to go to McDonald's so might as well dine in at a restaurant. This Logan's is clean. I've been there 3 times and didn't see onePeanut on the ground! The waiter was very respectful and clean. The only reason I took a star away is because some of thewaitresses were on the floor pouting when I entered the building, and there was cellphones laying on the ground at theentrance. I asked whos phone and ID it was and to my surprise it was the staff. They were very young, like too young to relateto. The male waiter served me well, I recommend him. This is my first impression. No big deal, I am there toeat. Overall...Great food. Read more
My husband and I decided to have lunch here for our wedding anniversary. We ordered The Logan which comes with a 12 ounce steak... and 2 sides. We also added grilled chicken and grilled shrimp to it. When we received our food it was cold. I was shocked athow cold the Mac and cheese was. The manager was very nice and had it reheated. When we got it back, the steak and shrimp werevery tough from being reheated. When the waitress asked how the food was we explained it was tough and not very good. Themanager ended up covering our bill, which we were not expecting but felt like it was very fair for him to do. I gave 2 starsbecause the waitress was nice and the manager covered our bill because of the whole experience. The customer service was goodbut the food was a disappointment. Not an arguing, but ordered a sirloin and served the filet. It is more about getting the order correct and making adjustments if... needed. A few of the sides were cold and had to be sent back to be reheated, only to be brought back out when the meal wasalmost finished. I did not receive my meal until the others in my party had been served and were several minutes into the mealand over halfway through. Our drinks were empty most of the meal. I understand the current environment of the service industry,but the service was not much to speak of overall. Especially when several of the members of our party are currently servers andare very forgiving. Will not be returning soon. The staff was friendly, just not attentive beyond getting seated. 6/10/2022 3:00pm... It had been a few years since we'd been to this location, and this visit reminded me why. A waitress who was... barely civil, at least with me, she was friendlier with my husband. I had to ask twice for a drink refill although my husbandreceived two refills without having to ask. The yeast rolls were heavy and doughy, needed more time to rise. My husband orderedthe Southern Style Fish but received the Beer Battered Fish. His waffle fries were cold. I'd ordered the Cheese and BaconBurger, which came with the warning that the cheese would be hot but they were room temperature at best. We ordered two servingsof the cheesecake with strawberry topping to go. The strawberry topping consisted of 3-4 slices of strawberries that were stillfrozen even after a 30 minute ride home. The only saving grace were the fried mushrooms, and they are not good enough to warrantanother drive back there again... Update: Three hours after we returned home my husband tried to eat his slice of cheesecakeonly to find that it too was frozen (which explains why it took our server almost 20 minutes to bring it to our table, it can'tbe easy to slice a frozen cheesecake). Purchased a few sides to go on my way traveling through the area. Disappointing all around: --Dinner rolls were cold and... dry. --"Loaded" baked potato was UNASSEMBLED, steamed from being wrapped in foil, and the side of shredded cheese had about adozen pieces in it. If I wanted to make my own food, I would have waited until I got home. --"Loaded" sweet potato had about 6mini marshmallows on top. The sweet potato itself was large and baked well. (The only good thing about my experience. ) --Mashedpotatoes and gravy was extra small and bland. -- After receiving a text saying they'd bring my order right out, I waited 10minutes before going in to get it myself. Great location and clean environment. The service and wait time left much to be desired. Waited over 35 minutes for two meals... and the server checked on us two times. The steaks were on the chewy side, but overall the food and beverages were good. Read more
