The server was nice. She was welcoming, kinda felt like we were being rushed out the door. Ordered pie and asked for it to be... brought out after our entrées and it was brought out with the entrées so they just sat there. Ordered my steak medium rare, itwas definitely undercooked. Medium rare is a warm red center. The steak was completely cold and pretty much looked and felt raw.It was a filet mignon so it should have been tender and it was really tough to cut through. I had not been to an O?Charley?s in years. It was a pleasant surprise. I had the steak and salmon (farm raised, not wild - the... very helpful waitress said she preferred wild, but that their salmon was good) and my wife had the steak and shrimp. Steaks werecooked correctly and seasoned appropriately. The salmon was good and the shrimp too. The waitress was attentive, pleasant, andhelpful. I will definitely go back, and not wait as long. A worthy meal. Great value. Nice environment. Friendly waitstaff. I came here for the first meal because walking distance from... Holiday Inn Express, I came back because it is that good. Where consistency counts, I was not disappointed, every meal was goodenough to help me decide to come back and try something else. First night Chicken Salad which was ample and tasty. The key limepie for desert was refreshing and just as tasty. The bottomless lemonade was a great compliment. Second night I had the Filet.It is the only cut of meat not marked USDA Choice on the menu and it may not have been the finest filet but for the price andbeing wonderfully prepared, it was a great meal. I had the lemon merengue pie for dessert. The custard seemed a bit more?canned? then it did on the key lime. The merengue was great and overall a nice meal. I apologize that I forgot to take a photoof the filet. The waitstaff asked me to cut it to make sure cooked to my liking, and I forgot after that. Third night I had the(Atlantic) Salmon on a plank.
