Well I think that I was forgotten about. I had to wait until a whole ball team got their food and then I finally got my burger... and fries. I sure hope that the next time is better than this time. Maybe we will see. Read more

We went through the drive thru. Service was friendly and fast even with a full line. Our fries weren't as fresh as we would have... liked, nor were our nuggets, but the sandwiches came as we ordered them. Read more

My wife and I eat here a lot, but 9 times out of 10 they either get the order wrong or don't give you what you asked for. The... person running rhe intercom has an attitude and seems to have appreciation or passion for their job. I used to work here in thepast and the atmosphere was so lively and fun. The drive thru honestly feels like you're being rushed at times just to get thewrong order. I dont wanna give up on this franchise because I genuinely like it, but the service is truly trash.. The most disgusting restaurant I've ever been in. The burger and fries was cold the cheese wasn't even melted, water on the... floor, every counter and table was wet, sticky and had food or trash on them. The bathroom was filled with flies and odor washorrible. The employees were nice but distracted by their phones. It seems the locals hit the restaurant next door. I will notbe going to any Wendy's for a long time. Read more

The place was full of flies in the kitchen, dining room and bathroom. The fries were horrible. Food was cold. The worst Wendy's... experience I have had. Would definitely not stop at this location again. Oooh did I mention it smelled horrible? Yeah itsmelled bad. Read more

The service was nice and swift but the burgers were ice cold. We were traveling from out of town with the kids and needed a... quick bite late at night. Unfortunately, our burgers were cold. I was shocked at what we were expected to eat. I put all fourburgers in a separate bag to tell the cashier the burgers were cold. Before she saw the bag, she made a point to say, "I needthe other burgers back, we have to throw them away." No problem, I handed her the bag. A few moments later, we were handed anapology & warm but not fresh burgers. I chose not to say anything but thank you to the young lady or her male manager, andsimply write a review. The fries and nuggets were decent. Next time, I will pay attention to where we see the lines. Thisrestaurant was empty compared to large food chains next door. Read more

Might be better if this place wasn't run by children that shove your food out the window so rude!!! Did an online order and they... taped the bag shut with a sticker. Said it was all there. When my fiancé got home they had left out our child's complete meal.Wouldn't answer the phone when I tried calling. He is right now on his way back. $32 for what will be cold soggy food becausethey didn't do it right the first time. Read more

We were passing through on travel and got there right at the peak of lunch rush, and it was obvious they were swamped. Tables... and the drink counter weren?t wiped, and there was a huge spill on the floor at the drink station. The ketchup was out, and onetrashcan was full to the brim. The women?s bathroom was a mess, running low on toilet paper, and out of paper towels. Themen?s restroom was reportedly not much better. And we waited a long time to order, as the drive-thru was backed up and staffseemed to be prioritizing those customers over the dine-in customers ? no one was at the front register for at least 10 minutes,though a few food orders went out to the dining room during that time. Three customers left without ordering while we waited. The food did come quickly once we?d ordered, and the cashier apologized for our wait multiple times. I?m hoping it was just abad day and that they can and do normally staff their shifts better. However, our local Wendy?s is open for drive-thru onlyright now, and perhaps today?s scenario is why.
