Excellent! This was a great find and has only been open a few months. We happened to be traveling from NH to NJ and decided to... stop in. What a treat! They were busy and you really should have a reservation if going. Luckily we were in a rush and did takeout. Everyone was so nice especially the man working the reception desk. He was very nice and seemed to be everywhere helpingout. In and out of the kitchen, behind the bar taking care of drinks, answering the phones, and handling the desk.\n\nWe had thehot chicken and pulled pork sandwiches that were amazing!\n\nWe will be back and not for take out. First time here. Our server was amazing. He was super friendly and insanely knowledgeable on the menu. The food was phenomenal,... brisket Mac and cheese was loaded with brisket, fried chicken is crispy and perfect, sides are wonderful and the portions aregenerous. When you walk in you know the place is brand spanking new (you can smell the new smell). Our take on our order starting with... apps. Crab dip is a must try. Fried green tomatoes are too but the tomatoes need a little love of seasoning, remoulade was onthe spot.\n\nChicken fried steak which was well seasoned, loved the pepper gravy. Sides were mac-n-cheese (needs a little help)and mash potatoes.\n\nSouthern fried chicken, lacked flavor and the white meat was dry and the portion is a bit much at half achicken. Have been waiting for Pearl\'s to open since they started construction! We were very impressed with the quality of the meal. The... drinks and food were excellent. The outside area is great and we were impressed with the service (Spencer) given the restauranthas just opened. For appetizers - the biskets were incredibly good as was the crab dip! Pearls has some very unique items uncommon for our area. Even with a newly renovated and beautiful restaurant that includes a... small shop with local products, the menu is of course the real star. From BBQ to seafood, theres really something for everyone.My first (because I\'ll obviously be going back) meal was the BBQ plate, where you choose from various BBQ options. I played itsafe with Pulled Pork and Brisket. It also comes with 2 types of BBQ sauce for variety.
