I have had multiple issues with mobile orders at this location and usually it turns out OK but I couldn't look past what... happened today (2/28/2022). I always order around 3:00pm and my boyfriend picks it up for me around 3:45pm-4:00pm after he getsoff work. He was accused of trying to con Starbucks and get a drink that he did not order (according to the young womanworking). He had screenshots of my order and receipt. I understand mistakes happen and it is not the baristas fault if someoneelse took the drink that I ordered but to falsely accuse someone who is a loyal customer seems wrong/unfair? The few people that work here are nice and are doing their best to deal with the short-handedness. I waited online about 14... minutes to get a coffee. Although incredibly busy for mid afternoon, the employees were patient and efficient! At one point, the seating area was at... capacity and a worker ensured any new business could be conducted via drive thru or as soon as an open seat was made available. Read more

I would suggest you support local first, but if you cant, this is a 5 Star Starbucks. Very roomy, lovely staff, and parking. I... just don't understand how they don't have Maple Lattes. You are in VT, I think you are legally required to have Real VT MapleSyrup on hand at all times. Read more
It's a friendly place but not really understanding why they are only open until 2 or 3. I get short staffed BUT there is plenty... of other places that are short staffed and can stay open.
