Be sure to make a reservation. It's not huge and it's popular. They do have a bar and a piano in the first room you enter. The... piano player was great and friendly, but unfortunately our table was next the bathroom and the piano. Very loud. It madeconversation a little hard. Otherwise, I'd definitely recommend this place. If you don't want the noise or wait, order take out.The food was delicious. Read more

Incredible! The cocktails and food are amazing. We had the lychee and maple cocktails and they were SO good! I was a little... concerned that the maple might be overdone, but it blended beautifully with the rest of the ingredients. Several of our partyhad the duck and all loved it, especially the lemongrass one. I had the veggie egg rolls (lovely) and the tofu "on the greens".We all raved about our food and the service was excellent. Read more

It?s Manchester?leaf-peeping season?estate sales?everything is beautiful here, including the dining experience at Thai Basil!... Flock to here ? now ? as this is some of the best Thai food most expertly prepared in a hundred-mile radius! Satay Chickenappetizer ? perfectly grilled and the peanut sauce is subtle but complex. Pot stickers and dumplings ? wonderful and the soy andcurry sauces are outstanding. I ordered the Mango Curry Red Snapper (also available with Salmon) and OMG it was delicious. Itis a large portion (if you?re a light eater you?ll take half home) with large chunks of fish, and the best advice given to me issave some of the bread on the table because you will want to swipe every last bit of sauce on your plate. Yes it is thatgood! Our party of four with reservations had a bit of a wait but given all the challenges restaurants have these days wedidn?t mind. Parking in front is a challenge if it?s the weekend but there?s plenty of parking if you?re willing to walk a fewminutes. Overall ? this is a nice departure from the usual American food menu and you?ll love everything on the menu. If youhaven?t been here you?re missing out! Read more

Absolutely delicious food. The Massaman curry was fabulous, little spice everything in balance could taste all the flavors. My... friends had the dumplings and spring rolls and enjoyed their meals as well. We were serenaded with beautiful piano music duringour meal. The place is always packed now I know why, its so good. Best to make reservations. The wonderful staff found us alittle table so we could have our delicious meal, after a long day of sightseeing. Thank you! We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Read more

Food was delicious! I ate the drunken noodles, my favorite Thai dish. The waitress asked how hot I wanted it. After I said... somewhat spicy, but not killer hot, the spicing of the food was PERFECT! My friend was able to have her dog with us. Wedined outside. The hostess brought out a bowl of water for her dog. How thoughtful was that??? The lunch portion of my lunchwas $18 before taxes. Worth every tasty penny. I would dine there again in a heartbeat! Read more

Nice place! Good looking and neat. I ordered a "drunken noodle" plate and the lemon grass taste was just a bit too strong. Other... than that, great experience! Read more

Came for lunch. Nice decor. Food is good though a little overpriced for the small portions. The Thai Basail Rolls were $9.75 and... were two small rolls. Lunch dishes are $11 for chicken, pork or tofu, $13 with beef and $15 with shrimp for the noodles orcurry. Read more
