What a wonderful find!!!. We were lucky we were given the last walk-in table for the night. The corn soup was wonderful. It... was cream-based but not too thick with the right amount of spice. The Brussels sprouts were perfectly cooked. The mushroompasta was very tasty with big chucks of mushrooms. The Norwegian salmon was perfectly grilled with crispy skin the way I likeit. October 2022: The Copper Grouse offers outdoor dining on theporch (the main reason we selected it over other choices in town). It was quite comfortable on Oct 2, 2021, 52F. They have heatlamp overhead as well as free standing. The main entre of rack of venison was excellent, I also enjoyed the apple and plumcobbler. We had a fantastic breakfast here. They stop serving breakfast at 1030, so good for brunch too. Service was great, friendly and... fast. Food was delicious and plentiful. Also a lovely room to dine in. We were just visiting Manchester and not hotel guests.Recommend booking at busier periods. Read more
