Ate here last night to give it a try with my wife. The chips and salsa started out good, but that and the black bean soup my... wife had were about the only good things about the meal. It took 3 different servers for our drinks (which were just a coke andDiet Coke) to arrive, and then dinner was even worse. The burger I ordered was over cooked. I asked for it medium and it cameout well done. After sending it back and asking for it to be fixed, it came back. It was cooked slightly closer to medium, butit also tasted terrible, and the bun was ice cold. That said, they were nice enough to take the burger off the bill after theinitial screw up, so I?ll give them credit there. My wife ordered a basic bean burrito and she said it was terrible. To startit fell apart and then she said it tasted terrible. I would give 1/5 starts but bumped it up to 2/5 because of the comp on theburger. I would not recommend this place to anyone at all. The food here is amazingly tasty. Tried tacos, quesedilla and pizza all of them are delicious. I tried a jalapeño margarita and... it was stunning..!! The server was helpful and polite in answering all the questions. Read more

Great Mexican food in Manchester! We arrived and took note of the signs recommending that folks call to make a reservation, and... they fit us right in. Tonight we dined outside and had great service from Wendy. The food and drinks tasted great! We have alsodined inside during past visits, enjoying their wonderful atmosphere. My wife and I went there the week of Thanksgiving. Gringos was one of the few restaurants in town open so we thought we'd give... them a try since the exterior looked high end and assumed it would be good. We'll, the only thing high end turned out to be theprice! Chips were very greasy so we passed on any cheese dip or guacamole. We both decided on the $25 half chicken plate. Ithad to be yesterday's leftovers because both our chickens were VERY dry! The chicken was SO dry we ordered extra sauce whichstill couldn't save it! We ate about half our plate and gave up on the rest. For a place that charges a premium for all theirdishes we thought we'd be in for a real treat! NOT!! The biggest disappointment was the lack of quality control and thatmanagement and the chef should have known better than to serve old, dried out chicken but they did anyway. I gave it 2 starsinstead of one because the waitress let us sub the fries for a nice salad. She did a pretty good job with the exception ofbringing out our main dish 2 minutes after we received our salads. The highlight of our dinner was the exceptional and attentivehostess. Read more
