Recently went into Subway in Manchester, VT. There were 3 adults and 2 children in our group. There was only one other patron... in the place and he was already seated and eating. There were two employees. They were working on an online order of 9sandwiches. They would not take our order until the online order was completed and they had only one sandwich of ninecompleted. Not happy that one of the employees could not take our order and that it took both of them to make the remaining 8sandwiches of the online order. Not only would they not take our order, but told us that it would only be a few minutes, whichwas clearly untrue as they had 8 more sandwiches to make. Customer service skills lacking!! Read more
The people that work at this subways are always very friendly and courteous. The manager always smiles at her customers...I've... never seen any employee upset, mad or rude towards the customers! I go here frequently and they ALWAYS give me good friendlywarm service. The food always seems to be satisfying and good . I will continue to give them my service because they treat mewell and respect me. Read more

Saw us walking up 5 minutes before closing and locked the door and went into the back.
