Blonde short haired lady is absolutely RUDE! Assuming this is one of the owners because nobody in their right mind would... employee such a rude person. There was nobody in line except for my son and I and she was very annoyed we were scanning the menuto figure out what we wanted. No hi, hello, how can i help you, just an angry "what do you want". My son just looked at meexpecting me to retort with something and walk out but I kept my cool and just fired off a quick brisket chili fries in hopes ofsatisfying her demand. It didn't keep her busy long, she fired back another angry "is that all". It is not ok to have such anasty wench taking customer orders. Great food but the owner has the customer service of a rabid Pit Bull. Should have walked out when I saw she was working but I... foolishly stayed. She was yelling at her employees the whole time we were in there in front of customers calling them stupid. Icannot believe employees work there. My 14 year old daughter was with me and it was a good teaching moment. I told her that sheshould never walk out of a job but if her boss ever treats her that way she should. I don't care if the owner is male or femaleyou should never treat your employees or customers that way. Last night the app was not working for the online only specials. Was rude to me when the app was not working took my phone and threw it down on the counter but eventually got it to work. Funny,she was having the same issue I was. The food is good and maybe a little overpriced, but the owner is a piece of work. This is the 3rd and last time I walked out of... there tonight. She is HORRIBLE!!! She is rude to the customers and very rude and disrespectful to the employees. She yells andscreams at the employees in front of customers even though they haven?t even done anything wrong. I can?t believe anyone wouldstay and put up with that. I bet she doesn?t even care about these reviews because that?s how self centered and egotistical sheis. We love the chain Dickey's. But this particular Dickey's in Mandan North Dakota is absolutely horrible. We have never had a bad... experience at the Dickey's in Nebraska. We stood in line for 15 minutes and saw that one person was served. This is a fast-foodBBQ joint but not the one in Mandan North Dakota. One woman operates the show Even though there were five people working she wasdoing it all taking the orders cutting the meat cooking the food disappeared for minutes at a time then come back and try tomake sure she had the order straight. My brisket was not chopped like I requested, it was more long stringy pieces rather than chopped and it was super dry. We had an... online order and it was 10 minutes after pick up time. My husband walked to the counter to ask and they hadn't even started it.We finally got our food 40 minutes after we ordered it and it was only supposed to be 25 minutes. Read more
I'm from Florida and I'm used to Bubbalous and 4 Rivers, some smaller ma and pop places but I've been pleasantly surprised by... their bbq here! It's the one of the few places that's consistent and the customer service is good also. I recommend (bc I preferbrisket) burnt ends and if you prefer pork, pulled pork is always juicy and seasoned well. I also love their bakers (bakedpotatoes ???? loaded with your choice of meat) and desserts. It's really a solid BBQ place, glad I found it. Read more
Very good Texas-style BBQ. Food was tasty and portions were generous.
