First time ordering from this place online for pickup, paid $11.99 per sub with cheese missing from both, called to let them... know my order wasn't right and I got thanks for letting us know, no offer to make right or discount for next time, nothing!!!Was told she personally saw cheese put on my subs ,as I'm on the phone with the sandwiches in front of me explaining there's nocheese and I would be happy to bring them in to show her if I had too, her telling me there's nothing they can do if the orderis wrong, so buyer beware!!!! We have been to this subway location twice this year and have had the BEST customer service. There is an AMAZING young man named... Bob that has served us both times. He is kind, meticulous about making the best sandwich possible. Our subs are picture perfect.I hope the owner/manger know how lucky they are to have this young man working for them. I have had multiple bad experiences here. The last and final draw is that they tried to charge me $16.58 for one sandwich! I... have ordered only the same sandwich my whole life. I have never seen the same price twice. (My order)...Subway club substitutethe ham for pepperoni and make it a deluxe. (This is impossible at this store). the teller refused to ring it up any other waythan a turkey ft long with double roast beef and double pepperoni which tallied almost $17. I refused to pay and left. Thisstore will rip you of on the cost of your sandwich and still cost you 15-20 mins of time due to the fact they understaff. Youwill be better off grabbing a sandwich at a different location. Or you can eat a $17 ft long and pretend it's a steak. Read more
