If you want legit Mexican food that's delicious, you found it. I'm from California where we have great options for Mexican food,... so I've grown to be picky. I was really impressed with Taqueria El Guerro. I had the Chile Relleno. The way it was prepared wasunique to how I've had it- with shrimp and the chille was chopped up- but the flavor was amazing. Being new to this city and state I?ve struggled to find ?like moms? real Mexican food till I came here. I even had the extreme... pleasure of trying something different. Empanadas de Pollo, Was what seemed to me a crazy idea. My mom only made empanadas outof pumpkin and lemon or custard. Great homemade corn tortillas. The chips were fresh fried and not out of a bag. The food is authentic, the restaurant is very... clean, and the staff was helpful answering my questions. I recommend stopping in and giving Taqueria El Guerra a try. Read more

Dang good food. I was immediately interested because I haven't seen carne asada fries anywhere since vacationing in San... Diego...who would have thought that my hometown would be the place to look? I'm so glad Mandan has such great Mexican food - wedon't even have anything like it in Fargo! The carne asada fries were awesome. There are so many other things on the menu I'dlike to try like beef tongue and Menudo, but it will be hard to pass up the carne asada fries! Read more
really awesome authentic spot. When we came in the staff was deseeding dried peppers by hand to make in to their delicious... homemade salsas. I got the tacos and my friend got a burrito.
