Being originally from New Orleans I'm very lucky about what I eat and the restaurant's I frequent... I know probably 75% of the... North shore came from across the lake at some point.. So I figure most everything should be good... UNFORTUNATELY, THAT'S NOTTHE CASE!!!! BOSCO'S IS THE BEST RESTAURANT AND BEST ITALIAN RESTAURANT THAT I HAVE BEEN TO ON THE NORTH SHORE!!! (It evenrivals my fave, VENEZIA'S, across the lake) BEST FOOD ALL AROUND! AND THE SERVICE WAS STELLAR! Amazing Meal. I was driving from FL to TX and stopped in this cute town found this little hidden gem of Italian restaurant.... From hostess to serving staff they were friendly so we felt like regulars, helpful in all questions from breakfast places tohotels to stay. Definitely a place to go. Their food was amazing. Read more
Very attentive and professional waiter. Good selection of wines by the glass. Wish they had a Chianti Classico by the glass. The... cabernet was an acceptable alternative! Salad was good, needs a bit more wine vinegar. Meatballs were hand formed, large with awonderful seasoning. The veal Parmigiano was amazing! Asked for extra sauce when i ordered and was very happy with the amount.Red Sauce is very meaty but a bit sweet for me. Added red pepper flakes and dried parmesean to make it more to my liking.
