I'm so disappointed. We love to support local restaurants and the way I was just treated at the Madisonville location was... appalling. We are frequent diners of this establishment and since it opened any time we had family and friends in town, thisrestaurant was on our list. My wife mistakenly placed our order at the Mandeville location which I didn't discover until Iarrived to pick up the order on Friday, November 11th, at around 4pm. Anyone who lives here knows the traffic from Madisonvilleto Mandeville is atrocious, especially at this time of day. I was told by who I'm assuming is the owner that my food was readyin Mandeville. I said there was no way I was driving to Mandeville. The food would have been cold and the trip would have takenan hour. I tried to re-order at the Madisonville location and was told, "your food is ready in Mandeville, what do you expectme to do, throw it away?" I said look, my wife made a mistake, I'm sorry, but I'm not driving to Mandeville. That's ridiculous.I can just order from somewhere else. He said, "That's fine". I then called my wife who had already called the Mandevillelocation and was told that they HADN'T prepared the order yet and canceled it. I'm so sorry that we inconvenienced TripleNickel and that my money is no good there. We won't be returning and it's unfortunate. Just be aware of level of customerservice you may receive. Lesson learned for us. Oh, and don't let the wife place orders anymore. I miss Crabby Shack. This isthe first time I've ever been turned away from an establishment. I try to make it a point to only leave positive reviews asthere is so much negativity in the world, but I had to share my experience on this one. Met some friends last night at Triple Nickel II. The fried catfish was off the hook! Literally, those fish were so fresh,... they must have swam up to the frying pan! BEST FRIED CATFISH EVER!! Read more
There was 5 adults and 3 kids in my party.. The staff was very friendly and patient with our large order.. When the food came... out, they nailed it, everyone got their food and it was all correct.. My 2 boys probably spend about 5$ on the claw machine andended up leaving empty handed.. I stopped at Dollar Tree and got them each a little stuffed animal, lol.. But they sure had ablast trying!! Triple Nickel *used* to be a fantastic place to dine all the time. The last time we went, several months ago, it was not like we... remembered, after not having been there for a couple years. Yesterday, we decided to give it another chance, again rememberinghow much we used to love everything they offered. We were very sadly disappointed. The quality and quantity of the food (forthe price charged) were definitely not up to par with previous visits. Sadly, it was such a major disappointment that we havepermanently crossed it off our list of places we enjoy going out to eat. We really miss whomever used to cook there and run theplace, because it isn't anything like it used to be. Read more

The atmosphere was very nice especially if you?re a Louisiana team fan of any sport.
