Off the beaten path from my house, but it's a very nice diner with a whole terrific host of options on the menu for adults and... kids. The servers were very nice, the food was excellent and great customer service. Anyone who lives in Manhasset that hasnever gone should check it out. You won't regret it. Read more
I have only had breakfast at Louie's, but the owners (two brothers and a sister) provide the most polite and friendly service... you could want. The eggs are large and fresh, the potatos are tasty with the degree of "extras" such as onion and peppers thatyou request (not everyone likes tangy home fries), and the coffee is excellent. Read more
This place sucks! Must be the only "diner" like restaurant in the area which is my only explanation to its popularity. Went on... Sunday around 1 p.m., crowded, but didn't have to wait. Food was below average, waiter had no idea what was going on, my frienddidn't get toast or home fries which was included with his meal, and we constantly had to ask for things (example: syrup andbutter for pancakes.)
