I love TGIF but this location was the worst a have had ever been, food is the same of course but service was just awful, since... the Hostess to the Waitress every single one looked unhappy working, the atmosphere was wack music lights, I don't know, sadbecause is located in one of the most beautiful areas! We ordered two Friday's Signature Whiskey-Glazed Chicken Sandwich and boy oh boy was this an absolutely a mess. There's a lot to... be said about being able to cook chicken especially when you're trying to grill it. The folks here don't know how to grillchicken so as I took a bite into my chicken it was too rubbery. There was no flavoring in the chicken very plain Jane. Secondlythe Whiskey-Glaze tastes good but it doesn't stick to a piece of grilled chicken, so all of that flavor just runs off. On top ofthat you get a fried onion, pickles, tomatoes and lettuce, so this sandwich is just a complete sog-fest. The bun was very soggy.The entire sandwich could be better if the chicken was fried and you didn't have pickles and tomatoes on the sandwich which adda lot of moisture to the sandwich. Just put one or the other, pickles would've been just fine without the lettuce. Also theglaze would stick much better on fried chicken as it would on a piece of grilled chicken. We came here to pick up an Uber Eats and apparently the app malfunctioned. Joseph was really nice and helped us out. It was very... appreciated, we will return to this location due to fabulous customer service. Bathrooms were also spotless. Read more

There was a time where I would drive by a T.G.I. Fridays and my mouth would start watering. Not here! I should have seriously... read the reviews on this place before I went in. Beer had a funky taste like the glasses were unclean or taps dirty. My samplerwas overpriced and horrible. I tried a shrimp and it was uneatable. I ate the ribs only because they were the leastburned/overcooked thing on my plate. Never again. Read more
Ordered some of the Whiskey-Glazed Tenders Curbside, paid $16.50?. To receive half a small container of burnt popcorn crisps... with only three edible pieces?no meat just burnt crisps! Total rip-off! Definitely don?t order from this location! Read more
Good food, nice atmosphere. We were looking for TGI Fridays, but the big signs changed to just Fridays, so it threw us off at... first. I suspect that once again, everyone's scared to use the word "God". Service was great, not too busy for lunch time.Host/busboy was a little off, even going so far as telling us he was drinking all night and a little hungover. But he still dida great job. Read more
Today 16 October 22 at 3pm. I stepped in 2:30 pm. Sitting on the bar. Young female bartender works in the bar. Bar wasn't bussy... 2 couples with me 5 people. I ordered drink plus seltzer water. Drink came no seltzer, ordered another drink but still noseltzer. I order combo meat cook medium well, came out just one meat cooked well done. Other waiters served me the foodbartender wasn't around she keep in and out. I didn't have silverware, looking bartender around . Finally she showed up. Iordered another drink and remind her seltzer. Any way I don't like to deal with no experienced workers. Isn't for bartenderfault, it's who hired her in this position there fault .
