The worst hot dog I ever had! Cold food cold fries cold onion rings I would give this place a zero if it was an option

We enjoy going to the Manhattan and New Lenox Creamery because they still have the contract with the Original Rainbow Cone in... Chicago. The other Creamery locations in Frankfort, Tinley Park, Homer Glen don't. We were very disappointed after receivingthe Rainbow Cones that the ice cream was soft and partially melted. These ice cream cones are over $6 each. When I brought itto the attention of the staff, they informed me that they were aware of it and their freezers are not properly working!! It really feels like they are constantly out of items on the menu. Buffalo chicken nope. Mac and cheese bites nope. Nobody has a... clue when they will get shipment :/ think they need a new supplier. They have other items but their ok really frozen corn dogsre heated, sloppy Joe's are good. Ice cream seems to be be only thing that you are guaranteed really. Makes us question if wereally should go or not. Ice cream you are pretty solid on if that is all you want. 3/9/22 here is how messy the Buffalo chickenis not even unwrapped without given a napkin. We usually have good experiences at this location but we just ordered an Oreo shake and a caramel apple sundae and they were... awful. They both we're very liquidy and the sundae tastes weird and didn't taste like apple or caramel. This was at 830pm Aug21. Read more
Ordered hotdogs, fries, and onion rings, hotdogs were terrible, buns tasted like they sat out all day, fries were ???? cold... and onion rings were ok. I do not recommend at all Read more
