Every time I go there they mess up my order. I ordered an iced coffee I get a hot coffee instead, order a large got a medium,... order a glazed donut and got a chocolate one. I avoid this Dunkin at all costs. Staff is fine but they always mess up orders andI always leave disappointed. Read more

Sometimes I am super happy with service. Everyone seems friendly. Order gets messed up time to time, but I'm always willing to... give it another chance. One thing I wanted to mention- for Snackin' Bacon, the last 2 times mine was limp and rubbery bacon withno blackpepper and sweetness like it's supposed to be made. It was so gross I couldn't eat it but I had gone too far away beforenoticing. I won't be ordering that anymore. But otherwise, I'll still be coming through. Read more

This next generation Dunkin? just recently opened here in Manhattan and it?s a great place to be. The crew is so kind and... welcoming. They have gone above and beyond to make sure the store is clean and safe, the food is hot and fresh, and mostimportantly, that you leave this place with a friendly smile. The order/pickup experience has gotten even faster and easierwhether I order at the new touch screen kiosks, through their digital menu drive-thru, or with my smartphone on the Dunkin? app.I just picked up their new avocado toast w/roasted tomatoes on sour dough bread and I paired it with a Nitro Cold Brew coffeew/Sweet Cold Foam? delicious! Went through the drive-thru around 3:00 today. Service was friendly and quick. They forgot to put the whipped cream on my iced... latte, but the girl at the window was happy to fix it when I pointed it out. Totally understandable that they'd forget somethingsmall like that since I'm sure they're still learning. Definitely will be going back. Read more
