Staff are clearly disorganized, leading to them being overwhelmed and unable to keep up with orders. Waited a while to receive... my food, my order was wrong, had to wait more for it to be corrected. Staff yell and argue in front of customers. Food was okayonce it was corrected. Read more

Usually not bad, but have had a few less than great meals. Today, my meat and cheese sandwich, the meat was hard on one side.... Either left out to long or over cooked. Worth a stop if your hungry but Manhattan does have better options. Read more
The young male cashier was very rude & impolite on the ordering. Acted like he was very perturbed that we were ordering our... lunch shortly after they started serving it. The food was fresh & hit though so that's why I gave a 2 star. He'll be lucky ifsomeone doesn't chew him out soon or worse. Read more

Inside the store, so clean and tidy up. I visited lunch time, not crowded and quiet the store. I like the atmosphere. But... unfortunately, when we arrived at the store, no one standing line, but no one coming to the counter. Behind the counter, somestaffs were talking. They realized us, but they ignored us. In few minutes later, one of staff was coming to the counter. Itwasn't good experience at all. We wanted to use coupon, the manager was so helpful. The food was so delicious.
