We ordered 3 meals and picked it up (to go). All of our meals had fries. They tasted old, hard and stale. They also forgot our... drinks and dipping sauces. When I called to let them know. The person on the phone was rude and told me that there was nopossible way our fries tasted bad. Then, he asked what I expected them to do about it. Very unprofessional and horrible customerservice. Issue here is it looks closed from outside when it isn't. The server we had was amazing Alexa or Alexis I should remember her... but she was so good at not lingering and serving us it was more like we thought it she delivered. A better open open would helpshow they are open. Food was good, but service was amazing. Promote our server she should be training staff, we added apps andgot more than we would have because she is that good. Read more
Wow just wow! Walk into this establishment hoping to enjoy some of my favorites. 1st thing I see was the kitching.Let me just... tell you my stomache turn. Trash all over the floor. Food that was been prepared was sitting in the back of the kitchen tablejust chilling when it should have been delivered to the customer. Nasty floors. It was gross, it was almost like children wasrunning that place and no adult supervision. If I was an inspector I would shut this place down due to the overall lackcleanliness of this facility. It is obviously that customers see the kitchen 1st when they walk in, like atleast try to get thekitchen up to speed. Waiter ask me ma'am uhm do you want to eat here or not. Im like uhh as I stutter the words of absolutelynot. This is way beneath my standards. Anyways walk out and was perfectly satisfied at the restaurant next door, which is called, Tanners bar and grill. Nice cold beers and way cleaner than this establishment. Please Buffalo wild wings get help in learninghow to have a clean establishment. If management do not want to trained their employers in knowing how to do so, than their aremany more people who would love that position. Im sure this establishment overall cleanliness is below 90%. I ordered from their bird dogs last week and it was amazing! I ordered it today and it looked nothing like what I ordered the... first time ingredients were missing and the chicken tenders didn?t even fill the bun half way. I asked for a new one to bebrought to me since I already paid for delivery and all the fees and the tip and they seriously only gave me less then half mymoney back. Nachos are ok only if they would not have forgot my chicken on it. Ruined my whole meal. First time trying the crispy chicken... sandwich, was absolutely horrible. Was not fresh. Very dry and to hard. Im assuming it was old. When I do have take out ordersthere never completely fresh. Over cooked or just sloppy. Fries are no good if you get them to go. Read more
My husband and I went here for a date night because we were craving wings that weren't just bland store-bought...and yeah they... delivered! Also, since we're Mt,Dew lovers, we had to come try their exclusive MD Legend... they even have Legend LongIsland(trying that next time lol)! We aren't from Manhattan so it was worth the drive.
