Food was good. HOWEVER...we asked for extra sauce, when we ordered our meal. Waitress came out, when we were almost done... eating, and said the extra sauce would be out in a couple of minutes. I told her never mind since we were almost done eating. She brought it out anyway and charged us for it!! She also charged us FULL PRICE for an alacarte meal. Never have we paid fullprice for an alacarte meal...EVER!! She also never came to see if we needed drink refills. VERY DISAPPOINTING customerservice. Next time we're in Manhattan, we will be choosing a different place to eat!! Read more
Clean store, friendly staff. The manager came over made sure my food was good and drink was full. I think her name was Annie and... Katelyn was my bartender. Katelyn kept me happy the whole time at the bar. Thank you ladies. Read more
Good, fast service. Sat at the bar for dinner. Margarita was great, served fast, and was cold (but not too much ice) TVs had... sports on. I did expect a few more beers on tap due to the name, but hey...that is the only thing I can fault. Read more
It's been quite a while since I've been in there & I don't remember having such horrible service. It was probably about 1 or 2... pm. The waitress was overly attentive as I was the only customer. Then another couple came in & I barely saw her. She wouldplace things I asked for on the opposite side of the table. The table is large so difficult to reach. She repeatedlyapologized when asking if everything was OK. My bill was $18 & some change. I laid a 20 & a 10 down & she said she'd bring mechange. My mouth was full so I just nodded. When she came back she laid my change on the far sife of the table, said she wassorry again & asked if I needed anything else & walked away. I didn't see her anymore. When I picked up my change it was forthe 20. The 10 was gone. Yes, I should have said something, but I was tired & had more errands to run. She didn't ask if Irealized I laid down an extra 10. At that point I would have said yes, I need it broke. I just wrote it up for experience. Irarely complain, I just felt being only one of three customers, the service should have been better. She was not the only staffthere. I guess I should have known when I waited almost 5 minutes to be recognized I had a entered the store. There were 2people checking salt & pepper shakers & they didn't even acknowledge my presence by saying they'd be w me shortly. I know theysaw me. Read more
Justice was a great server. The ladies at the front were very helpful. The cook made me a custom order chicken breast because of... my special dietary needs. Justice says that he doesn't want to take all the credit; the ladies in the front and his managerMaggie helped out. Read more
First let me say I wouldn?t even give them a one but I have to pick at least one!! First I ordered one of the more expensive... meals! When it came to the table it had 4 pieces of grilled chicken like 4 nugget size pieces. So I said something, I veryrarely complain about food. Our waiter said he?d let us talk to the manager. She never came to our table. He came back and saidthey would take 20% off my meal and bring me chicken. They took 2.00 off of our bill and brought me a small cup of dry chicken(about 6 small pieces) to add to my meal! Horrible horrible meal! Read more
Where to begin?! This place is a joke now and makes Taco Bell look like gourmet Mexican food. We just finished a meal here as a... family and I must say that if I wasn't trying to be a good role model for my children I would have gotten up and left 15 minutesafter sitting down. The hostess was very rude and the waitress knew nothing about the menu or the restaurant. We had to ask forservice throughout our whole dining experience or we wouldn't have been served at all. I know there are labor shortages going onnow but its not an excuse for the lousy meal you just charged me for. Close your doors if things are that bad. Read more
(Updating my review after my first visit in many years.) I was pleasantly surprised with the menu. Kept a few old classics, but... added lots of innovative ideas. My daughter had Birria Ramen and loved it. What an interesting fusion idea! As always the chips& salsa were great. Read more
