Twice in one month, they've botched our order to the point that we had to send food back or basically re-order the entire... meal. Service is still friendly, but I really hope that these errors don't continue. Read more
The Chik-fil-A in Manhattan has amazing customer service. Every time I go there, I am always greeted with friendly smiles and... professional Service. The other day I went and they were out of lettuce, which happens, and they offered me a free desert as a"I'm sorry" for not being able to provide lettuce on my sandwich. I was pretty grateful and didn't even go and get the desert.The though alone was enough for me. Read more
