When we arrived we requested a booth from the host. He said there was none available and tried seating us at a table for 6... people when there was 3 of us. We told the waitress we wanted to move and wanted a booth as we could clearly see at least 6 ofthem open. The waitress yelled to the host we wanted to move. The host then took us past 4 clean open booths and sat us at ahalf table half booth again for 6 people. He had a very rude attitude and was not friendly at all. We asked why we could nothave a smaller both when it was just us he snapped at us and said this is all I have. We said whatever and just sat down. Weordered our drinks and food. Husband had to remind the waiter 3 times he was waiting for a beer before it got brought to him. Igive it 2 stars because all our burgers were good. But the staff needs some serious work! Read more
Very friendly waiter and service even though he was at the end of a very long shift. Accidentally brought extra salads and... drinks and left them with us anyway. Food was excellent and they were great with the kids and young grandkids. Nice, quietenvironment as always. Please like if this review was helpful. Read more

I don't appreciate the self pay kiosk at the table. If I'm going to leave a tip for the server this should be an integral part... of their task. How easy is it to give poor service and then not have to ask a customer to pay. And that goes for the wholeexperience. It's just very impersonal. Excellent food and good location. The server was very nice to is. We ordered the " $25 for two ". This was great entrees and... main foods. I choose the grilled chicken fajitas. This menu had lots of chicken fajitas, a lot of toppings and four tortillas.It's was tasty and warm enough. The had only small size menu. We had to take a QR code on your cell phone. I recommend! This place has been around for a long time and over the years the food and service have fluctuated. Facility remains clean and... inviting, it?s family and military friendly. They offer a variety of American cuisine to chose from and have a full bar as wellwith tv?s throughout the building to catch a game a game or two. The food is still flavorful but the service leaves little tobe desired. We had a long wait time to be seated and were the only ones in the queue. The restaurant was not busy at all thisday. Several of the staff walked past us without acknowledging us. Once seated and we ordered, our food came out fairly quicklyand was cooked nicely, however myself and my partners drinking glasses both had buildup on the bottom. We only orderedappetizers as we were not very hungry but we still requested two plates. We notified the waitress of our request but suffice tosay we were 3/4 of the way through our meal before our plates arrived and our glasses were never replaced with clean ones. Our server was great. However, in the middle of my meal she requested we pay because she had to end her shift. That was a big... interruption for us, especially since we almost never get to go out, but we understood. However, she left and passed us off toothers who didn't want to help. We waited and waited for a bag so the leftovers wouldn't fly all over my car, but didn't come. Ihad to ask the manager at the host stand before leaving and he handed me 2 bags and I had to bag it on the chair before leaving.Tacky. Worst of all is that I was so sick all weekend after eating there. I got food poisoning and it took me days to recover.I was confined to the bathroom after visiting here. Read more
I miss the old chicken crispers! Still good but the old batter was better.
