They don?t seat you and don?t have a sign. The hostess will stand there talking then get offended that people want to actually... sit down. The food is frozen, dry, and undercooked. I?ve gotten delivery from huhot that tastes much better. Not to mention howloud the place is considering they choose to seat their five tables close together, right beside the clanging cooks, and themusic blasting. We were new here and have had Mongolian before and usually really love it. The food is great and the waiter we got was super... helpful. The issue we ran into was we walked in and it wasn?t entirely clear if we should seat ourselves or if we should wait.So after a couple minutes, and seeing two waitresses walk by without acknowledging us, we went to sit down. I asked a nearbywaitress if we were right in sitting down and we got a look from her as if we were to have the audacity to sit down ourselves.She said they seat us and I apologized and walked back to the front. She half-rolled her eyes and said someone would seat us ina couple minutes. (Short, brown haired woman). I felt so awkward I said that I was sorry and she just kept walking, clearlyirritated. This place is awesome. In the beginning was upset cause I was told couldn't take my food with me. Then realize it is actually a... buffet Can go back as much as you want so at that moment I realize what buffet is going to allow you to eat and then take aplate home. Our waitress ALLEY was the best hard worker and very polite. I strongly recommend this place it's the hot spot. Allfresh veggies and meat a gold mine. Read more

Not much for upkeep of the place but the food was so flavorful and delicious. They have a few meat and noodle choices to start... off with, then a lot off garnish and veggies to add, last ending with several different sauces to top off your bowl beforesending it to the grill. The waitress was very attentive and never had to ask for a refill. The food was very delicious and themen cooking it were very efficient. Would definitely go back again. Read more

The ceiling above the raw food and sauce bar was literally dripping nasty roof water down onto my plate. I had to get someone's... attention in the kitchen to at least put a bucket down or something. Which was a job in itself because no one in the vicinityseemed to speak English. Anyways, that dripping over the food is very disgusting and unsanitary! No one seemed to care aboutanything, it was a pitiful view. The wait staff was so bored looking like there was nothing to do when the place obviouslyneeded to be cleaned and who knows what else. Went through the line twice and my noodles got burnt and way too crispy both times. First it was more so my fault by grabbing... the yakisoba noodles, but then I grabbed the much thicker Chinese noodles (pictured) and they got burnt since the guy cookingthem wasn't being attentive enough to avoid that. I got two bowls of food. They have noodles of all kinds.I chose zucchini noodles and added shrimp and some vegetables. I also... added some sauce and took it to where they cook it.
