Dirty and Gross the service was terrible, and the food was worse. My wife wanted to eat here, I am of the opinion that ihop is... over priced. Her bacon was under cooked and fatty. Her pancakes were ruffled and unkempt looking. She didn't finish them as shesaid they were lousy. I had a hamburger and fries. The burger was over cooked and I asked nicely for them not to butter the bunand they did anyway. The fries were dried out and stuck together. Us and one other couple were the only customers in the placeand still received terrible service. This was a terrible experience, we won't be back. Read more
It's been a while since we visited an IHOP. The food and service were pretty good but the price was much higher than I expected.... Pancakes were terrific though and we otherwise had a very good time with our son here. A later second experience was worse thanbefore. At times it appeared our server completely disappeared, so there was unnecessary delays to order, receive color sheets(had to ask a second staff who also took her time), to receive the check. With two little ones this made for an unpleasantdinner. The place wasn't particularly busy, just seemed the staff was unmotivated to provide good service. Our waiter, Anthony was very knowledgeable, and efficient. Our table of five enjoyed his attentive work. Was sociable too and... thanked my Veteran husband for his service. We also received a military discount on our bill. Thank you! Read more
Tiffany was a very unattentive server. Had to asked twice for my complete order. Then I had to wait 15 minutes first time, 10... minutes the second time. Each time she neglected, she would take other orders or pickup dishes from tables. Attempted to askher a question, she walked away mid sentence. I didn't even have a chance to start eating, then she gave us the bill.Regardless I continually stated please and thank you. After we paid..with other customers in the lobby, Tiffany thought it wasfunny to make a rude comment , due to her service "Hope your day gets better". Today 1 Star coffe was hot. A year ago 4 Stars. At first I was a little taken aback by the lack of syrup variety normally found at IHOP but the waitress was so incredibly... patient with our table with two, unruly kids. She made sure we had everything to order and brought us extras. What a gem! Read more
Enjoyed our food and received good portions. However, the service was lacking. It was slow and disorganized.
My husband and I had breakfast for our lunch today. We had biscuits and gravy with sausage. Our food was hot and it filled us... up. Our waitress was a sweet young lady who did a great job even though she was the only one we saw taking care of everyone. Itwas not real busy when we were there. It was a nice place to relax and have lunch. Read more
