Absolutely horrible. No service when I walked in they were all congregating in the back. Waited for about 10 minutes before I... saw any employee at all. Very unprofessional staff. I understand staffing is tough however closing the lobby at 8:30pm with no signage and then letting... little kids run around the lobby and drive through area is awful. Day staff is always amazing. Read more
We ordered a bucket of chicken today to eat for supper at our home 40 mles away. My wife opened the bag and we had a bucket of... chicken no cole slaw that we orderd for a side and no mac and cheese was the othrt side and the third side was corn. WE GOTNONE OF THEM. But we got mash potatoes which neither of us like. Our 12 piece was 2 wings, 3 drumsticks, 2 breast, and 5thighs. I BELIEVE THERE IS SUPPOSE TO BE 3 OF EACH. I ordered an eight-piece meal and was told I couldn't get extra crispy because it was going to be 20 minutes so that was fine..... however nobody told me I wouldn't get the right pieces in my chicken also I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw and Igot home with macaroni and cheese. I placed my order through Door dash or I would have returned every bit of it. I ordered a 8 pc. bucket of original all dark... chicken. I received crispy. I ordered potatoes and gravy. I got potatoes and no gravy. I ask for plates, I received plates, butno plastic wear to eat with nor napkins. Terrible service, no attention payed to detail of orders. Swung through the drive-thru tonight after work. The majority of the time the food is fresh and is great. I ordered the famous... bowl and a side of coleslaw. Let me tell ya I?ve never been so disappointed at this location. I usually check my bags before Ileave any drive-thru but this time I didn?t because everything here is usually great. Got home opened everything up, thechicken, corn and mashed potatoes taste like they have been setting there since 9am this morning. It?s almost 6pm right now. Ithink I could probably put these nuggets in a slingshot and hit a squirrel at at least 75 yards. The coleslaw is just awful,kinda taste like I got it out of the freezer and warmed it up from 1976 when grandma made it. AND, I was looking forward to arelaxing night eating the cookie that was supposed to come with the meal. But no, now I gotta go to Dairy Queen witch is acouple doors down and spend some money there to get my sweet treat. Come on KFC get your stuff together y?all?s slogan isfreshly made to order. Went to order 12 piece bucket meal at about 8pm, was told I had to get a mix of crispy and original when I told the worker I... only wanted original she told me I had to get all dark meat. Simple solution make more chicken instead of telling customers whatthey will order. While waiting my daughter went to use the restroom and almost slipped in pee. ????The worker that was workingfront counter also had a vape pen in her back pocket. It was not busy and filthy. The plqce looks fine. I gir my food very quickly. It seems it was probably cooked last night and kept in a heater. The chick... strips were very dry and the hot sauce on them looked congealed so probably microwaved and pouring it on. I ate half of one andjust ate my fries. Read more
