Just left this place. The manager was rude as hell. He looked me dead in my face and walked off! He didn't say ask to take me... order, didn't ask if I was still deciding, he specifically ignored me and kept preparing orders and talking to everyone else.I'm a little irritated and still very hungry. I came here to pick up an Uber order, I waited a long time. Which isn?t the problem it?s how the place is ran. Every time I come... in the place is gross and smells like a bathroom. The manager who was wearing a red shirt and really short hair, was justyelling at her employees in the most degrading way. it was a very uncomfortable environment. Read more
The people who work here are doing a very fine job. Very engaged. Trying not to let anybody down even if you ask for extra... ketchup and onions. Food was hot and fresh. Orders are certainly coming out as fast and well made as possible. Muchappreciated. Read more
The food was really good, fries very hot and perfectly salted. The sandwiches we ordered were as well. Crisp lettuce on what we... ordered. The in-store kiosk ordering process should be improved at this location. The kitchen prep staff who completes orderswere not mindful of my father and I placing an order on the kiosk. We saw our order number on the In Progress side of themonitor, but then swapped over to the Now Serving side for about 3 or 4 seconds and then disappeared. The prep staff member wascompleting Delivery orders very quickly but doing nothing else. The drive thru staff were sending orders very fast. 10-15minutes pass and we still have no order. I finally took our receipt from the kiosk and gave it to the order prep staff memberand asked her if she could please check on that order. She looked at it, took it to the kitchen but never said anything to meabout what happened. She started making our order finally, I am assuming someone dumped the order in the system, on accidentprobably and that's okay. Please improve the preparing and completion of orders sent from the kiosk to the kitchen. Read more
The new design had potential but with the constant staff shortage it mainly just makes you feel forgotten in a renovated lobby.... You have to stand in line to get a refill, I'm guessing to discourage refills. We weren't given napkins but I wasn't going tostand in line for those. The bathrooms don't have paper towels anymore either so our toddler just wore her food in her face outto the car where we have napkins. Very disappointed. Read more
I went with my son to have a meal. My son is epileptic and ended up having a seizure there. The management and staff not only... helped me bag the order to go, they helped me get my son out to the car and in the car. Also offered to give him a free meal thenext time we go. Also the food was very good and fresh, even after all that. Definitely will recommend this McDonald's they goabove their job. New management I feel took over and I really like them. Read more

Went here on 11-27-22, ordered a large drink, 2 mcdoubles and a #7 which is two cheeseburgers and a drink and fry. I actually... had to tell the lady taking my order TWICE to take veggies off all sandwiches. I paid for my food, received it, only for myboyfriend and I to take a bite of out sandwiches that STILL HAD VEGGIES IN THEM. so after the ONE bite, I went thru the drivethru again to let them know what happened. I wasn?t upset at all because at the time of day, it was only me and another persongoing through drive thru, so I knew the issue would be fixed. I get up to the window after letting them know, first a malemanager says to let him see the receipt and tells us to give him the sandwich?s that we didn?t eat. I did that, and there was aburger we but out of in the bag that I TOLD HIM ABOUT AND OFFERED TO WRAP UP AND GIVE TO HIM. he says he only wants the 3sandwiches. he then says to pull up and that he would fix it and bring it out to me. when he brings it out to me, he lets meknow that we were only allowed to have three sandwiches since ?we ate the other one? which was t true, i had literally offeredto give it to him. he then tells us HIS manager was upset because again ?we ate the other sandwich and came back through tocomplain?. So in conclusion, the girl taking the order didn?t listen, i got one less a sandwich that i payed for and anothersandwich with veggies on it that I won?t eat, and a manager that doesn?t want to treat their customers right.
