Food was ok not bad a decent McDonald's
It's a McDonald's, you don't go there for the atmosphere and above average food, it is quick and cheap and service doesn't suck.
Not their best morning. I tried to order an egg McMuffin and a Sausage egg and cheese biscuit via drive through. The cashier... sounded very tech challenged. She input a Sausage Egg McMuffin, not what I requested. I tried to get the order corrected to noavail and decided to just let it ride. Got my order, went on to work to find my biscuit had no sausage. So I paid for a sausageegg McMuffin I didn't really want, and didn't get the sausage and egg biscuit that I did want. Read more
Waited for 15 minutes in drive through. Ordered pancakes, bacon and my husband ordered burritos with hot sauce. We ended up... getting no hot sauce, no butter or syrup with pancakes and no utensils to eat with. Worst drive through experience Read more
My daughter was using the app so we could quickly pick up a couple fries on our way home. It glitched and showed a receipt... saying that I had ordered what we had ordered last time which it gives the option to repeat orders. It showed me a date time andreceipt for a little over $10. I went in to try to redeem this instead of debating however apparently it didn't come through ontheir end and after discussing in a few times and he tried to explain to me that it probably didn't go through and I said Ididn't really care what was on their end it shows me a receipt that it charged me a little over $10. Apparently it's now left upto me to prove that it went through on my credit card and come back in a few days instead of just making me the $10 worth offood that shows I paid for it. The manager was polite but that was really poor customer service. It was not my fault but theirglitch that cost me the $10 and the time and I have nothing to show for it. We came for a late lunch and to play. The place was filthy with trash all over the floor. The drinks/condiments section was... filthy and out of cups for condiments along with extra lids strewn about, trash, and entire packages of lids around. The ketchuppackets we received were sticky with an unknown substance and the area we say in smelled like feet. It felt icky. Read more
This was one of the finest McDonald's experiences I've ever had dining in. I'm not a fan of ordering from a screen, so I... sheepishly approached a register and was immediately seen and greeted with a friendly smile. Our order was ready for us in shortorder, again with a smile. The place was clean and nicely styled. Our breakfast tasted as we expected, which we think is prettyalright. Other McDonald's should be this good. Read more
