Was super busy, but our man Parker was the best! Even though it was super busy he was super nice and answered all our questions.... We had to wait for our nuggets and he was able to give us some of our food that was ready early to snack on while we waited.This man needs a raise! Read more
If I could do negative stars I would. Don?t waste your time and come here it?s terrible. She forgot a whole chicken sandwich.... Then when we came back around we had to wait 20 minutes for them to get just one order in front of us done. You can?t even goinside. Lady w the glasses and untucked manager shirt was just on her phone when I?m standing there looking her dead in the eye. Mild... tenders do not take 10 minutes to flour and batter and drop when they should be prepped and dropped. Only one person in thefront. This popeyes is ridiculous and it would be a shambles if it was in a larger metropolitan area. Wouldn?t recommend as aformer shift manager/assistant general manager from Chicago. Read more
I have gone to this Popeyes location 3 different times just to find out they are closed (even though their business hours say... they should be open). The drive thru speaker box hasn?t worked for weeks. Today at 1 PM on a Sunday, I waited in the drive thrufor 15 minutes along with several other cars, and apparently no one was even in the building (although the lights were on andbusiness hours said they should be open). I love Popeye. This store however ruins the experience for the customers. I suggest just ordering online and picking up your... order through the drive through. There?s been an inside incident(employee) and the vibe has been declining ever since. Read more
I went to this store for the first time. I thought I could enter the store, but the entrance was closed. The interior was very... dimly lit and a little eerie (in my opinion). (The sign didn't even tell me to order through the drive-thru, it just saidurgently that they were looking for a manager for the store. I got back in my car and went to the drive-thru line. To mysurprise, the speaker for ordering through the drive-thru was damaged and I could not even order through the drive-thru. Thesign said that the speaker was broken and that I should order at the pickup counter. I left the store without buying anythingbecause I couldn't eat or drink in the store and I didn't feel like buying food in this store where there was no sign of fixingthe speakers. Read more
