First time eating here. Was visiting my son at K-state and decided to grab a bite for lunch. Was not disappointed at all!! ... Chicken was amazing....the sauce was great and the bread was delicious! The lemonade tasted fresh...although a little tart formy tastes, it was still good. Read more
When I went in there was an extremely long line I thought it would take forever for me to get through it, however, it only took... a little over five minutes to get to the cashier. I?m not sure if management doesn?t care about quality or they are just don?t check. I went through the drive through and they... gave me a bad drink. I understand that sometimes things happen but they have 20 employees and not 1 bothered to let me know theywere out of soda. You could clearly see by the color of the drink that it was bad, so I know they knew it was bad out of thefountain. Clearly a lack of caring about quality control. But like most franchises in Manhattan it?s owned by rich folks whoonly care about profits. No offer was made to make up for the mistake and no ownership of the lack of quality.
