I usually have a good experience at the Westloop Dillon's Starbucks, and will get a coffee after I shop on weekends. I did so... this morning asking (as I always do) for a Venti Mocha w/ NO whip. The sticker said no whip, but I got whip...Not a huge deal,I took it and left without saying anything. But after taking my first sip...It was the worst tasting mocha I have ever had; allchocolate and no coffee. Very upset at wasting $6 on that drink to come home and have to make my own decent coffee drink. Read more

IDK how I can go to different Starbucks and order the exact same drink and yet it tastes different. So a hit or miss. Ordered my... norm here this morning and my oh my was it the most delicious. Thank you so much. I'll be back! Read more

This was first time I came in this Starbucks. There wasn't crowded and no one standing line. One of barista looked at me but she... ignored me. But I asked her may I order? Looks like she wasn't happy and kinda rude. Never smile, never said hello anything.Nothing happy to get drinks and foods here. Read more

Best Starbucks in town. They are the only store in the area that still has toffee nut and hazelnut syrups with all the nation... wide supply problems. Read more

I got 2 mocha frappes and they were both awful. It is my usual drink and I get them every time. The drink was too dark,... should?ve been a milkshake consistency and it was no where near that. I have never been to this Starbucks and definitely won?tbe going back. Read more

It's not like this review will even matter, because of the fact that nobody will ever reach back out to me about the issue that... I had. It's a serious lack of customer service and straight disrespectful when the customer is trying to come up to thedrive-through and simply trying to find out what time Starbucks opens and the employee just completely thier back and ignoresthe customer and refuses to acknowledge them. I realized the store was closed, I wanted to know when it open. I said excuse mema'am, and waited. I honked my horn once with three people right there in the window. Still refused to acknowledge me. I askedma'am, what time do y'all open, and they walked away. It was obvious she heard me and she could have responded. If it was asafety issue then put your hours of operation on the drive-through menus. This was ridiculous. It really makes me wonder howthat store treats its customers. Read more
