Starbucks attendant would not give me all of my shots of Espresso after I paid for two shots, she filled my glass up and she put... to much ice in the blender i didnt get most of my Espresso and then she refused to give my the rest. she just poored the restdown the drain. even other customers though she was out of line for doing so. Was standing there for 5 minutes and the staff were ignoring us so we left.
Zara?... one of the female employees assisted me with such terrible customer service. You could tell she didnt want to be there... and was annoyed by me ording my latte. Quit if you hate your job that much to where you pull your guests right down with you. Read more
