Horrible customer service, doesn?t even deserve a star. walked in and immediately got judged, looked at weird, laughed at and... cussed at. one female worker knew my sister and was cussing and throwing a fit because she was in there and so the ASSISTANTmanager kicked us BOTH out, I had nothing against anyone in there and was thrown out and banned for no reason, i wouldn?t evenwant to go back there if I had the choice. I don?t know who is in charge of that store but they need to take a good look at thecrew they hired and handle their employees better. very disrespectful and disappointing that?s how people are these days. While the food is always good here, the drive through is usually VERY slow. Today I waited 25 minutes! I don?t know if it?s a... staffing issue or what, but this has been consistently very slow for months and if there were more options on the west side ofManhattan I?d probably eat here a lot less often.
