Was charged $2 for pepperoni slice even though sign said $1.50, pizza was cold and dry, employee there was rude when I asked why... it's $2 even though sign says $1.50. no big deal for me since there's a 2 bros a couple blocks down and a McDonald's rightaround the corner, no reason to go here. Great location! I?m lactose intolerant, so I have to order my pizza without cheese. This is the one place that has never messed... up my order, and the pizza is always great! Definitely recommend :) Read more

After not eating Papa John's pizza for quite a while; I was talked into getting a cheese + pepperoni. Smelled great but thick... heavy feeling after eating. Felt awful. After 2 slices I was done. I've come here twice and each time they tell me about a special and then charge me full price! When I go back to them, they try... to say it's the tax! How does a $12 pizza come out to $15! It's ridiculous that they look you square in the eye as if you're anidiot and can't read your receipt. I think I will try out the other 2 pizza places up 1st Ave next time. They seem more legitand honest. Read more

It's very, very hard to communicate over the telephone and the guy who took the call was not the most courteous. He did not... tell me a price or time of delivery of the pizza. However, the delivery guy is very nice, very friendly, and he was veryquick. Bottom line: order online to avoid the language barrier, but expect the pizza to be there in a flash. Read more

They charge $1 for a slice and $12.99 for a pie. Can someone please explain this? I wonder if I can buy 8 slices and return it... as a pie... Really, though, don't bother with this pizza. You're in New York. You can do better. Read more
