How do I give zero stars? I got food poisoning today from your catered turkey with Swiss sandwich. I had terrible diarrhea,... cramps, fatigue, nausea (I threw up a little bit), and I was very sweaty. My stomach still currently hurts and I have not beenable to eat since this afternoon (when I got the food). This sandwich box was the only thing that I ate today other than a freshbanana; I?m certain that this was the cause. My sandwich had something green on it so I smelt it. It smelled and looked likepesto sauce thus I assumed that it was pesto sauce being a ?freshly? made sandwich, but no, it was rotten. Please review thesanitary/hygiene of your food preparation. Worlds most grateful I came here and I had to try it the steel cut oatmeal in the morning rush rap lol I went with chicken... sausage the service was great the store was clean the music was wonderful and this place was fun I really enjoyed the Italianroast decaf and I have nothing but good things to say! Cold rainy day and my family and I came looking for a hot meal before dropping my mom off to the airport. The coffee and soup... were both cold, we all ordered the choose 2 deal. The choose 2 deal is more expensive (by about $1-2) than in San Diego. Theprice is not an issue but the service, food, and ambience were not up to par with San Diego locations and considering we arepaying more I would like to have a similar if not better experience here in LA. I ordered a salad and the workers don?t seem tolook at the lettuce before they serve it as I was served the butt of the romaine lettuce head. My dad ordered the BBLT sandwichwith his deal and there was barely any bacon and he was given 2 thick end slices of tomato. No one wants the ends especiallythick ends. The sandwich just looked sad honestly. The San Diego locations also use real silverware and dishes, here we wereserved our food in paper soup cups and given plastic flimsy spoons and forks. These guys they have the best pancakes I ever have me and my daughter will love to go on this place. Most of the times they are...
