Loved this place! Great lunch during Dine LA week.

I was expecting a more authentic and traditional kind of vietnamese restaurant so the nicer interior and pricy high class vibe... took me by surprise. The staff wasn't very attentive. I think they knew I wasn't familiar with the place and were very helpful.I had the braised pork and red jasmine rice. The rice was delicious, and the pork was great despite the very small portion.However, it was in a pond of creamy sauce so if you don't like creamy foods or sauces let them know. The pork would've beenperfect on a bed of that rice instead of in that sauce in my opinion. In general I had a good experience and I'd probably comeback after taking a closer look at the menu. Excellent, tasty food, good service, hip decor. My husband and I ordered the dumplings, a rice roll, lemongrass beef with... noodles and a Vietnamese pancake. Having traveled to Southeast Asia this is more authentic than your typical asian restaurant inthe US. Highly recommend. Read more
