Bad service. I?ve never ever received a correct order. Once I placed a mobile order and selected the table service option. I... entered the table number and waited and waited and waited?they were calling out my order apparently over and over when they weresupposed to bring it to my table. I didn?t have an order number because they were supposed to bring it to me so I had no idea?..Until I walked up and let them know I specifically selected table service as I have my hands full being very pregnant with atoddler on my hip. They offered a fake apology and just handed me my food. Which I of course had to remind them of missing itemsas usual. Read more
Messed up my order. I can only open my order when I got home. I order hotcakes only but there are eggs and sausages inside. Plus... they FORGOT to put butter :( It?s like 80% of the time they always mess up. Read more
Went to the counter. I was the only one there. There was 1 staff at window, 1-2 prepping food in back, 1 in front a manager in... front. No one acknowledged me standing at the counter for an unusually long time. No one was standing around, they were doingthings. However they continued to ignore me. Finally the manager came up to the counter in the bag packing area and I asked: are you going to acknowledge that I am standing here or would you prefer I leave? His reply was we are all busy, I said Icompletely understand and do not expect you to stop what you are doing. However you are completely ignoring me even though wewere practically face to face, you could simply aknowledge a customer standing at your counter wit a simple hi, we, will beright with you. Instead he kept arguing and just said well are you going to order something because you are holding up the line.I lost my appetite and didn't care to stay and put up with such rudeness and disrespect and walked out. I work in the foodindustry. I understand being busy and doing several things at one time. BUT rudeness is intolerable and unacceptable. ESPECIALLYFROM A MANAGER THAT IS SUPPOSED TO SET AN EXAMPLE FOR HIS STAFF. Do Better. Read more
Ordered a quarter pounder without cheese for my kid, when I got home and opened the box it had double cheese. I went back to the... restaurant to correct my order and the woman tells me they can't help me because I left and came back. Which isn't a big dealuntil the two women in the window laughed and told me to have a nice day. Don't go here people are incredibly rude, untrainedand have no customer service skills whatsoever. Waited for my order for 15 mins (nobody even told me it was ready and I was standing right in front of them) and they served it... "for here" this way (look at the pic). I ordered NO Bacon No Sausage and they put bacon right on top of my pancakes. So I had towait again 15 mins for the new breakfast. Do you think they say sorry? Sure not. Wasted my time on my way to work. Mr. Gabinowho was in touch with me is absolutely unprofessional person. He served it this way and couldn't handle this situation.
