Food was good but wait staff was not warm, just very matter of fact. If that is a priority, stop by their food is yummy.

I was underwhelmed. The octopus appetizer was not seasoned and tasted like bitter charcoal. The Chilean sea bass was too thin,... had poor presentation, and was reminiscent of a canteen meal. Lamb chops were ok... but why pair them with French fries?Overall, most of the dishes were too bland for my liking. Hope this was an off night for them and is not representative of theirtrue quality. A nice Greek dinner option. We had octopus for an appetizer and pork chops for the main. Both were perfect.

Came here for a team bonding dinner, and there was plenty of outdoor seating. The food was great. We started with the calamari,... which was just the right crisp. They had some battered lemon to go with it, as well (I'm sure I was supposed to eat it tocomplement the squid, but I just ate the whole slice. Lol) We also had the dip sampler, and all the dips were very interestingand tasty. I had the grilled salmon, and it was cooked just right, little crisp outside but soft inside. One of my colleagueshad the roasted chicken which was stuffed with feta cheese, and it looked good, I'd be excited to try that on another visit. Theonly drop in star is because we were a bit forgotten at times. We ran out of our beverages long before our server would come by,and we had to ask for refills. Edit - bumped up one star, as we were seated and got service immediately tonight (Mon. Mar 29, 2021). I would like to be able to... give Petros more stars. I like this place. I’ve always liked it. The food, location, and atmosphere are very good. But Iconsistently have to hold back on an extra star or two because the hostesses always bumble up things like: whether or not youwere on the waiting list, they might forget you and leave you sitting there waiting for half an hour. Then once you get seated,you might not see staff for 15 minutes. If Petros could fix these things, we might not consistently bypass it out offrustration/fear of having our time wasted. Read more

I had a great experience at this Manhattan Beach restaurant. The setting is in a nice friendly plaza with shops, other... restaurants, grass, trees, water feature, a children's area, tables or benches if you prefer. Petros has a nice patiooverlooking this plaza area or you can use the dining room. Petros is close to upscale, making my top 10 list for thisarea.
