I enjoyed eating here with some coworkers. The food was average at best, but being able to eat outside looking at the beach was... a huge plus. The server was very friendly and attentive as well, which is something I can always appreciate as a customer.Overall I'm glad I ate here, and you should definitely try it out! Rock’N Fish in Manhattan Beach has delicious food and drinks. The three must haves are 1) sourdough bread, 2) grilled... artichoke, 3) Grog. They are known for their Grog, which is like a mai tai, but better. They have indoor seating, a patio, andalso temporary patio seating on the street due to covid. Rock’N Fish is a great restaurant with such a nice atmosphere and brilliant service from friendly staff. Very central to the... buzzing Manhattan Beach area but certainly not a typical touristy restaurant. The menu is high quality with some great seafoodoptions plus great steaks too! Great pick for our 1st dinner in Manhattan Beach. The mashed potatoes were real potatoes. The fish tastes fresh and so was the... veggies. Cool atmosphere and it's right next to the beach. Loved the experience. Read more

Food is pretty good, but portions are smallish for the really high pricing. I had the seafood jambalaya and it was delicious,... though there was a bit too much sausage in there for me; wish it had more seafood. My bf got the fresh oysters and he said theywere small. To be fair, the restaurant has a gorgeous view of the pier if you sit outside, which we did, so you’re paying forthe view. Service was fairly attentive, and food came out fresh. Read more

Had a great sunset dinner on Memorial day with my son! No waiting for a table at 6:30pm it was busy too. Food came out quick,... hot n fresh. Great service, Good food-fish n chips-there were 4, giant prawns-4 of those too! Also had clam chowder, and seafoodjumbalaya. Hibiscus margarita. All good! Very filling. Glad I came. We were seated promptly & even had the option to dine outdoors (the view of the pier is just beautiful). We opted for indoor... dining & we were greeted by a lovely waitress (I wish I remembered her name, sorry)! But she was awesome! Upbeat personality,gave great recommendations & was very attentive. The food was so delicious!! We started off with the fried calamari which wasnice & crispy, and we ordered the seafood jambalaya & shrimp scampi for our entrees. Both were seriously so good we didnt haveany left overs. Oh & the pasta is made in-house!! I will definitely be back next time Im in town. Read more
