The staff here, from the host, to the entire wait-staff was just absolutely incredible. I hadn’t seen anything like that in a... very long time. Our waitress was caring, considerate, the bus staff was amazing, they were friendly, courteous, professional,and very attentive, and if I may add pet friendly which was a big deal for us. Arthur J continues to be a go-to in MB and while still very good, it has slipped in quality. If you enjoy salted butter then the... mashed potatoes are perfect for you. The sauteed mushrooms are wonderful and the wedge salad is generously proportioned for two.The service is top notch as always. A dear friend treated me to a birthday dinner! Sadly there was no acknowledgement by the staff of this :( Services was... good. Prime rib eye was delicious and flavorful (we split it). Beet salad was my favorite dish. Bone marrow toast left a lot tobe desired. Mushrooms were too salty and overcooked. Mashed potatoes were flavorful, rich and creamy. Read more
The Arthur J is the best restaurant in the MB area. The interior is very upscale and it has a nice atmosphere. I ordered the NY... steak with the chimichurri sauce, fries and asparagus. The steak was excellent, very good flavor and easy to eat. The asparaguswas good, but the fires did not impress me. I did like it enough that I came the next day to eat another NY steak and this timeI tried their in-house ice cream which was pretty good. Service was excellent both times.
