Food is delicious and I experienced great service.

Yesenia has lousy customer service and she needs to be addressed by Management. She is miserable in that counter serving... customers. I went there today and had a bad experience with her. She even started getting loud and rowdy.. All just because Iasked if there was anything we can do to a order of Sushi that was not what was expected. She said there is nothing we can do..She said she is the one that controls when there isn?t any management around.. I am an upset customer and this needs to beaddressed as I am a paying customer.. The tempura was very poorly done (large chunks of broccoli and the doughy type of tempura) and the sushirrito was very skinny,... it's flavor was decent. Read more

I was introduced to this place 6 years ago by a trusted source and instantly this became a favorite. I've never a bad... experience. Always great customer service, food, reasonable prices and a dedicated staff. Seating is limited but an outsidepatio within 50 feet is an available option. Read more

Had lunch here today. Overall I'd give it 3.5 stars... I mean it wasn't great...but it wasn't bad either. The ordering process... was pleasant with friendly employees. I ordered a fountain drink and they have one of those machines that dispenses any softdrink you want at the touch of a button so that's nice. I ordered the teriyaki chicken bowl large size. It came with vegetablesthat were pretty tasty. I also ordered with brown rice and the rice was fine no problems. The only slight issue I had was thechicken itself. It tastes a little bland to me and although it looked like a lot, when you actually separated the vegetablesaway the chicken only took up about half the bowl area...i would've expected more from a large size serving...they gave extrasauce cups which was nice (I ordered to go) but even after emptying both sauce cups on the rice and chicken it still was alittle lacking in flavor. Again it didn't taste bad...it just didn't have a whole lot of taste. Compared to rice things andaloha teriyaki (my go to teri chicken places in the neighborhood) I would rate this place 3rd. Ordered the Rice Bento - a combo dish with 2 items, I got the Teriyaki Chicken and the California Rolls, served with a salad and... a fried wonton. Calif Rolls tasted old, like they came off the market shelf. Teriyaki Chkn was fair over bed of white rice.Salad and wonton were just ok. Ordered side of Miso soup, it was blazing hot, came in a good sized container, and was perfectfor washing a substandard meal out of my palet. Probably will not be back. Read more
