This spot was perfection. Came for a Babyshower Brunch and everything tasted delicious. I had the Eggs Benedict(choice of Pork... belly or Salmon) and it was mouth-watering. My friend shared a slice of the Breakfast Pizza (feeds 2+ people) and it wasamazing. They had bottomless Mimosas and the staff was very attentive. I also had a latte with the dessert (5 mini donuts toshare family style); my favorite was the spiced maple bacon. The view from where we sat was spectacular looking out over thebeach and pier. I’ve been coming here for the better part of 9 years. Zero disappointment. To sit back, as a customer, and observe the... interactions at The Strand House, is akin to watching a finely tuned orchestra at work. All the players know their role and playit to the utmost. Dino, the Managing Partner, busily hurtles from one section to the other, like a seasoned conductor, visitingevery table and seeking feedback. I was lucky to have Mark as my foodie guide tonight. Beautiful ambiance with an amazing view. Service is so friendly and helpful. Brussels sprouts and corn were great as... appetizers. Avocado salad was a great recommendation from our waiter. Barbacoa tacos were a hit as well. Read more

Okay so the strand house is a uniquely different place. The service as I have observed was great my server kind of slow but she... was great. I found it interesting that they offered donuts for a dessert but to each his own. I don't know that I would eatthere on my own as I met a party there but I just didn't enjoy the food like I thought I would. Read more

This time, we brought our out of town friends to experience the South Bay sunset and hospitality.With the delectable food prepared by the culinary team led by chef Craig Hopson and the five star service from our friendlyserver Rick, our friends were truly impressed and really enjoyed their dining experience at the Strand House. Although the foodwere not cheap, each dish was delicious and well presented. Most beach restaurants on the beach with views don't offer goodfood. The Strand House put a lot of efforts on the quality of the food. Our waiter Rick told us that the restaurant sources itsingredients from the local farms and the seafood market. They adjust the menu seasonally to select the best and freshestproducts for their menu. We can really appreciate the freshness of each dish we ordered. My friend and my wife got the shortribs. The short rib beefs were cooked to perfect tenderness and the sauce accompanied the dish was very tasty. My other friendlikes seafood and she ordered the Bronzino fish. According to my friend, the fish was done right and the meat was tender andflavorful and the skins were crispy. Finally, my pepperoni pizza, although it's a simple dish, I have to said this restaurantoffers one of the best pizzas in town. The crust was baked to crunchy outside with slight soft texture dough inside. Thepepperonis sausages fillings were very tasty. First time at this restaurant and was not let down. The online reviews are spot on. Wonderful view of the ocean. Downstairs... was comfortable and easy in and out. Very nice place with delicious food and extremely professional staff. If you want to have a special dinner ask for an ocean view... table. It really deserves the price. The fish dishes are delicious (the octopus and branzino are highly recommended) with verygood deserts also. It’s location is very good just in front of the pier. Do not miss the sunset!!! Read more
