My wife and I had to grab a quick sandwich waiting for our daughter. It was Wednesday around 7pm. The food was good and quick,... but we felt very uncomfortable here due to the fact that they were getting ready to close at 8 and cleaning the dining areawhich included vacuuming the dining room. Ordered a Mushroom an Swiss burger with a Strawberry shake both were excellent and the burger was cooked perfectly
We have a Red Robin and Five Guys 2 miles from our house in Berks County, but if we want a burger, we don?t mess around with... those places. We take the hour drive to this Fuddrucker?s location. The burgers and fries are always so good and I love theirwarm cheese sauce with my fries! We have never had an issue with how our burgers are cooked inside, but I?m sure if you did,they would happily remake it for you. The only thing I don?t care for is they changed their buns at some point and they aren?tnear as good as they used to be. Either way, they are still a step above other burger chains, and you even get endless frieswith your burger. The prices are reasonable, as most places you will pay around $15 for a burger. This place is self service fordrinks and toppings at the topping bar. This can be beneficial for people trying to save money because you don?t have to add abig tip onto your bill. You do have the option of adding a tip at the counter when you order if you want, but I don?t think it?sexpected because they don?t offer full wait service. I personally enjoy the self service because I don?t have to wait for aserver to refill my drink. We go out to eat a lot and find that our drinks can sit empty for quite some time, but here we don?thave to worry about that. Read more

The ordering process was easy over the phone and the food was made very quickly. The employees were friendly and helpful and the... food was good! We ordered an elk burger, the bourbon burger & a kids cheeseburger to go. I would recommend looking on LocalFlavors for coupons! Read more
Keep up the hard work Fuddruckers! Everyone was working feverishly together as a team even tho it appeared they were short... staffed. if I was them it would have been easy to give up and say what's the use of working when we don't have enough of help,we'll never get anywhere! But no they kept working real hard even when there was a long line waiting & never heard anycomplaints!???????? Our food came in good time,was made to perfection & deliscous! Last time we order from them. The order was initially wrong and then once we got it sorted and got home, EVERYTHING was raw on... the inside. All of it. Do not recommend at all. The orders are never right and now this. Edit: They did give us a refund and agift card and explained that new people were working. That part can be excused as I understand being in their position. However,the one star stays due to the orders always being wrong and the employees always having attitudes towards their customers for noreason. Read more
